Some things never change. And some things just never fail to surprise you.
Here at the Centennial Airport, the kind of service Philippine Airlines (PAL) has been known for since time immemorial has remained pretty much the same. Unchanged throughout the years, it is still horrible, completely detestable at many times, and truly regrettable always.
